Key Responsibilities

Core Functions
  • Empower individuals to achieve sustainable employment by understanding their unique needs and collaborating with employers to connect talent with opportunities.
  • Meet targets and provide tailored guidance, coaching, job placement, and ongoing client support to ensure successful outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A valid Police Check and Working with Children Check are mandatory requirements prior to commencement of employment.
  • Demonstrated experience in customer service, sales, contact centre, or recruitment is highly advantageous.
  • Proven success within target-driven environments is critical for this role.
Desirable Skills and Strengths

We are looking for a confident communicator with exceptional interpersonal skills, preferably with experience in coaching, mentoring, and case management within employment services or a similar field. Strong problem-solving and goal-setting abilities are essential, along with a solid understanding of the local labour market and employment pathways.
