  • Oversight of Clarence and Coffs Harbour ESAs with offices in Grafton, Maclean, Yamba, Bellingen, Coffs Harbour, Nambucca Heads, Woolgoolga
  • Leading and empowering a team of employment consultants
  • Developing strategies and programs to enhance service delivery
  • Leveraging systems and reports to monitor performance and quality metrics
