Job Title: Roadside Chaplain

This is a full-time on-site role where you will provide emotional and spiritual support to individuals involved in roadside accidents or other road-related incidents.

The successful candidate will be responsible for offering comfort, guidance, and practical assistance to those in need, liaising with emergency services, assisting with crisis intervention, and providing follow-up support as necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
  • Compassion, empathy, and excellent listening skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to offer spiritual support in a non-denominational manner
  • Crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
  • Capacity to work effectively with emergency services and other support agencies
  • Flexibility and adaptability to respond to emergencies promptly
  • Knowledge of community resources and support networks
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in pastoral care, social work, or a related field
Working Arrangements:
  • This is a full-time on-site role
