This is a full-time on-site role for a Roadside Chaplain based in Adelaide, SA, and interstate. The Roadside Chaplain will provide emotional and spiritual support to individuals involved in roadside accidents or other road-related incidents. Key responsibilities include offering comfort, guidance, and practical assistance to those in need, liaising with emergency services, assisting with crisis intervention, and providing follow-up support as necessary.

• Compassion, empathy, and excellent listening skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to offer spiritual support in a non-denominational manner
• Crisis intervention and conflict resolution skills
• Capacity to work effectively with emergency services and other support agencies
• Flexibility and adaptability to respond to emergencies promptly
• Knowledge of community resources and support networks
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in pastoral care, social work, or a related field is beneficial
