About Ultra Tune Roadside Assistance
- We are a fast-paced, 24/7 business that provides positive customer outcomes for members who have experienced a mechanical breakdown or been involved in a vehicle accident.
Our team is committed to working in an inclusive environment where everyone is welcomed, treated with respect & set up to succeed through our onboarding program & training systems.
You will work in an inclusive team environment to maintain Grades of Service and Call answer KPI's, receiving inbound calls from customers, and working across a 24/7 roster.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive and enthusiastic attitude, and the ability to follow processes & procedures.
They will also have the ability to handle difficult conversations & remain calm under pressure, demonstrate empathy and care for customers experiencing stressful situations, and commit to rotating rosters including weekends and public holidays.
A valid driver's licence and own registered vehicle are also required due to limited public transport.
This role offers opportunities for professional growth and development, with full-time paid initial training and continuing development programs provided.
The remuneration package includes a base hourly rate + penalties, superannuation & leave accruals based on Contract Call Centre Award MA.
Intensive internal police security checks with ongoing annual renewals are a mandatory requirement of this role and will be a key condition of ongoing employment.
