Job Description

Lead laundry operations with precision, care and pride to ensure high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

  • Oversee daily operations of washing, drying, ironing, folding and sorting guest laundry and staff uniforms.
  • Monitor and report any maintenance needs for laundry equipment promptly.
  • Implement cost-effective practices for chemical usage, utilities and labor.
  • Manage uniform issuance, collection, repair and organization for staff.
  • Maintain accurate inventory and track replacements and repairs.
  • Assist in maintaining par stock levels of hotel linens.
Requirements

Proven experience in hotel laundry operations or similar supervisory role.

  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
