We are seeking a results-driven Manager to oversee the Laundry/Uniform Department, promoting operational efficiency and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Executive Housekeeper to manage departmental operations
- Develop and implement training programs for staff
- Excel in a dynamic team environment, fostering strong relationships and communication
- Display exceptional time management skills and adaptability during peak periods
- Assist in creating fortnightly rosters and managing payroll within the department
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Manager in Laundry/Uniform or similar role
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and administrative computer skills
- Experience in Laundry operations is desirable
- Unrestricted working Visa for Australia
