Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Laundry Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Laundry/Uniform Department.

Your primary objective will be to implement efficient laundry processes, ensuring timely delivery of clean uniforms and linens while maintaining high-quality standards.

You will work closely with the Executive Housekeeper to manage departmental staff, develop personal growth programs, and foster a dynamic team environment.

A strong interpersonal and communication skills will enable you to effectively collaborate with colleagues, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.

In addition, you will take on a hands-on role during busy periods, assist in creating fortnightly rosters, and manage payroll within the department.

Requirements
  • Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management is preferred;
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Key Laundry Operations Manager in a similar role;
  • Strong communication, team management, and interpersonal skills;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and administrative computer skills;
  • Experience in laundry operations is desirable;
  • Must hold an unrestricted working Visa for Australia.
