About this role

Provide exceptional supporter care and service to individuals who donate to a leading organization. You will be the primary point of contact for donor and supporter inquiries, as well as general public enquiries.

Maintain accurate supporter data and run related processes within our database system. This involves ensuring all information is up-to-date and correct, and performing tasks efficiently to meet deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong focus on delivering an excellent supporter experience, excellent communication skills, and high attention to detail. They will work independently and as part of a team, taking ownership of their work and contributing positively to the office culture.
