Care and Support Advocate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals facing homelessness or at risk.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and advocacy skills, as well as the ability to contribute to care planning and ensure seamless service delivery. Knowledge of best practices for Specialist Homelessness funded Services is essential.
You will be responsible for advocating for client choice and independence, maintaining high standards of conduct and performance, and ensuring adherence to our values, policies, and procedures.
A Casual Role requiring flexibility, this position may involve nightshifts, weekends, and public holidays. You will work across all programs and be involved with three teams.
