Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate professional to join our team as a Claims Advocate. This role involves providing guidance and support to current and former Defence personnel and their families, navigating various claims including pensions and benefits.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in people's lives by utilizing your skills and experience to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to Defence personnel and their families on claims related matters.
  • Navigate complex claims processes and procedures to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve client issues.

Requirements:

  • Compensation Advocate qualification or working towards it.
  • Strong understanding of defence-related illnesses and conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
