Lead Claims Handling Team

This role spearheads a team of experts in delivering exceptional claims handling and service, aligning with industry best practices and company procedures.

The focus is on providing a customer-centric experience while managing risk and regulatory compliance through operational excellence, portfolio management, stakeholder engagement, and team capability development.

The Lead also resolves escalated issues or customer complaints, ensuring outcomes reflect the company's philosophy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive process improvements and change management within the team for efficient claims handling.
  • Contribute to department and company projects as needed.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance guidelines, processes, and policy changes.
  • Ensure claims handling and service adhere to industry standards and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a similar lead role within Financial Services/Insurance Industry or 5 years' experience in a Claims Consultant (or similar) role.
  • Strong knowledge of Insurance, with preference given to Life Insurance experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in operational management.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
