Claims Specialist Role

We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity that offers hybrid working conditions.
The successful candidate will assess each claim fairly, using their decision-making skills to validate claims and coordinate with suppliers. They will manage settlements and maintain accurate records, enabling us to provide a smooth and reliable claims experience.
A comprehensive 6-week induction will commence on the selected start date. This role offers a 37.5 hour a week rostered system between the hours of 8am and 8pm EST.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess claims fairly and make informed decisions
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage settlements
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance

We are looking for a customer-centric individual who is confident in their communication skills and has effective dispute resolution abilities. You should be tech-savvy and able to prioritize tasks effectively in a high-pressure environment.
