We are seeking a senior-level B2B sales professional to drive new business acquisition in the financial services sector.

  • This role offers autonomy to build your pipeline, open doors with senior decision-makers, and translate client needs into integrated campaigns – spanning creative, direct mail, digital and 3PL solutions.
About This Role
  • Reporting to the CEO, you will be joining a growing sales team supported by a Customer Service team and a Client Experience Lead.
  • Our account management function is client-facing and collaborative, but not currently focused on upselling – this is your space to lead.
Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Driving new business in financial services using a consultative, solution-oriented sales approach;
  2. Building and managing a healthy pipeline via LinkedIn, referrals, and outbound activity;
  3. Engaging senior-level stakeholders and converting complex client needs into campaign strategies;
  4. Building strategic, relationship-based partnerships;
  5. Collaborating with the internal teams to execute on client briefs and deliver measurable results;
  6. Navigating compliance, governance, and data security requirements with confidence.
What We Are Looking For
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience (preferably in marketing, media, or financial services);
  • A solutions-oriented, driven commitment to team success;
  • Proven success in new business development – not just account management;
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to challenge client thinking and influence outcomes;
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and results-driven;
  • Familiar with HubSpot CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator;
  • A team player who thrives in a values-led, fast-moving, and collaborative environment.
