Key Opportunities:
- We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Mental Health Outreach Specialist to join our team.
You will play a pivotal role in delivering intensive mental health interventions to individuals experiencing homelessness, empowering them with the necessary support and resources to reclaim their lives.
Main Responsibilities:
- To conduct thorough needs assessments, develop personalized intervention plans, and work collaboratively with clients to facilitate positive outcomes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Stay up-to-date with best practices in mental health, homelessness, and relevant service delivery models.
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- A minimum of one year of direct experience working with vulnerable populations.
- Basic knowledge of mental illness, homelessness, and relevant service delivery models.
- Strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable Skills:
- Prior experience working with homeless populations would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
