Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of one year of direct experience working with vulnerable populations.
  • Basic knowledge of mental illness, homelessness, and relevant service delivery models.
  • Strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Desirable Skills:

  • Prior experience working with homeless populations would be beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
