Join to apply for the Outreach Worker - PATH role at FrontLine Service.

Under general supervision, and as part of the Outreach Team, you will provide Needs Assessments and ongoing intensive mental health interventions to individuals with severe and persistent mental illness who are homeless.

The minimum pay rate is $18.00 per hour. Work hours are Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
  • At least one year of relevant work or volunteer experience
  • Basic knowledge of mental illness and homelessness
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid Ohio driver's license with less than six points and proof of auto insurance
