About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist with day-to-day administration tasks, including data entry and reporting
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the retail or building industry
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Physical ability to lift and move heavy products, if required
