Key Responsibilities- Generate sales and ensure success by providing expert service, processing sales efficiently and accurately, conducting follow-ups with customers, and performing day-to-day administration tasks.
- Assist with other duties such as customer pick-ups, receiving deliveries, and providing expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders.
- Previous experience in a similar role involving sales and service.
- Proven abilities in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Forklift license not required but beneficial.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in a retail, sales, or service environment.
- Administrative skills and technologically savvy.
- Physically able for the loading and unloading of heavy products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
