About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Sales Consultant to join our team at Beaumont Tiles. As a Retail Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on our products and services to customers
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Conduct follow-up activities with customers to ensure their needs are met and to identify opportunities for growth
  • Assist with day-to-day administration tasks, including maintaining store displays and ensuring a high level of visual merchandising
  • Participate in stock takes, inventory management, and other tasks as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a retail environment
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to lift and move heavy products, if required
