About the Role

As a Retail Sales Consultant at Beaumont Tiles, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. This is a diverse role that requires a consultative approach to service, developing trusted relationships with customers, and providing expert advice on our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction through expert service and product knowledge
  • Process sales efficiently and accurately, and conduct follow-ups with customers
  • Assist with day-to-day administration tasks and maintain the overall look of the store
  • Provide expert knowledge and advice to trade customers and builders

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a sales and service role, preferably in a retail or trade environment
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
  • Forklift license not required but beneficial
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Administrative skills and technological savvy
  • Physical ability to load and unload heavy products
