Area Manager Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Area Manager to lead our venues in Regional Victoria. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering sales growth, championing exceptional customer experiences, and building high-performing teams.

  • Venue Growth:

Develop quarterly sales strategies in partnership with Venue Managers to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives.

Customer Experience:

Audit venues monthly to ensure high standards of service delivery and identify areas for improvement.

Leadership & People:

Mentor and coach Venue Managers to drive progression and build strong teams that deliver results.

Safety & Compliance:

Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance targets are achieved through effective monitoring and reporting.

Hands-On Engagement:

Work closely with teams on operational shifts to support and guide them in achieving business objectives.
