Regional Hospitality Leader

Australian Venue Co. is a leading hospitality group operating over 200 venues across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Venue Performance - Partner with venue managers to drive sales growth, shape quarterly sales strategies, and ensure menu innovation and product performance.
  • Customer Experience - Champion exceptional service, embed best-practice SOPs, and audit venues monthly to maintain a high standard of customer experience.
  • Leadership & People - Coach, mentor, and develop venue managers, with a focus on progression through our leadership programs.
  • Safety & Compliance - Promote a safety-first culture, ensuring compliance targets are achieved across your region.
  • Operational Engagement - Be hands-on with your teams, working at least two operational shifts per week to support, guide, and lead by example.
Requirements:
  • Proven multi-site leadership experience within hospitality.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of lifting sales performance.
  • A people-focused leader who builds trust, develops talent, and drives accountability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
