Job Opportunity: Regional Venue Leader

Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced venue leader to lead a portfolio of venues in Regional Victoria.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales growth and menu innovation across venues.
  • Champion exceptional customer service and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Coach and develop venue managers through our Advance programs.
  • Promote a safety-first culture and ensure compliance targets are met.
  • Engage with teams, working at least 2 operational shifts per week.

Requirements:

  • Proven multi-site leadership experience within hospitality.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a track record of lifting sales performance.
  • A people-focused leader who builds trust and drives accountability.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • A passion for hospitality and creating memorable customer experiences.
