We're working with a well-established civil construction company in the Eastern Suburbs, and they're seeking a skilled Executive Assistant to provide vital administrative support to senior management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage executives' calendars, schedules, and appointments
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Organise meetings and prepare agendas, minutes, and presentations
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and other administrative tasks

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative support role
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in the construction industry (preferred but not required)
