Ecommerce Content Strategist

We are seeking a skilled eCommerce content strategist to oversee content production processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and strategic alignment across the department.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day workflow and deadlines, mentoring writers and social producers, and optimising workflow efficiency to identify improvements.
As a key member of our eCommerce editorial team, you will work closely with stakeholders to refine strategies and improve outcomes, monitor competitor activity and industry trends to inform content direction, and support planning and execution of tentpole and seasonal content projects.
The ideal candidate will have at least 5+ years of relevant experience in content creation and management, including team leadership, strong organisational skills, and ability to mentor and develop team members.
