We are seeking an exceptional Agile Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will play a critical part in driving the success of our projects by effectively managing both internal and external stakeholders, fostering clear and transparent communication, and enhancing the overall project experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality results within allocated resources.
  • Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior leadership, to ensure alignment, transparency, and effective collaboration.
  • Project Experience Enhancement: Focus on delivering a superior project experience by implementing best practices, continuous improvement strategies, and innovative solutions that meet or exceed client expectations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and implement changes to increase efficiency, effectiveness, and quality across all project phases.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track, report, and analyze project progress, ensuring timely completion, scope adherence, and budget optimization.
Requirements:
  • Strong Understanding: Proficiency in Waterfall and Agile frameworks, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to provide a better project experience through effective leadership, process improvements, and collaborative teamwork.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced environments and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince 2, Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are highly valued but not required.
