Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Project Manager to join our leadership team. The primary purpose of this role is to lead the process of design and delivery of tasks and projects, provide support to senior management, lead the project team, and administer contracts to ensure performance targets are met and potential sources of risk are mitigated.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Procuring new projects and engaging in active professional networking.
  • Maintaining budgets annually as agreed with senior management.
  • Resourcing: Allocations, attraction, and retention.
  • Training and Development: Leading training and professional development sessions.
  • Managing the growth of team members with senior management.
  • Team Culture: Diversity and inclusion, social events, team activities.
  • Proactive client management and relationship building.
Qualifications:

The successful applicant will have a tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Architecture, Engineering or similar with a demonstrated depth of over 10 years' experience in the project and development management space. A minimum of 5 of those years must be in Brisbane, and for a project management consultancy. You will have strong experience leading dynamic teams that include graduates through senior project managers.
