Guest Services Assistant

We are seeking a motivated and organized Guest Services Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety, efficiency, and high standards of cleanliness and patient care.

Job Summary:

  • Provide exceptional guest service activities within required time frames and standards.
  • Meet guest service KPIs across all facilities.
  • Support patients with a friendly, cheerful demeanor.
  • Follow policies, procedures, and work instructions relevant to guest services.
  • Adhere to strict cleaning protocols and health and safety guidelines.
  • Complete 3-stage Deprox cleaning using appropriate machinery safely and according to guidelines.
  • Respect guest confidentiality and rights.
  • Log maintenance issues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role or in a related field.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends.
