About the role

We are currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative on a casual basis at our busy Eagle Farm branch. You will attend to customers' vehicle hire requirements, ensuring they receive quality service and a memorable experience worth sharing or recommending. The role operates during our branch hours from Monday to Sunday, 6am to 9pm.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service by understanding and anticipating customer needs
  • Opening and closing rental agreements
  • Selling additional rental products at the counter
  • Checking for and recording vehicle damage and conducting maintenance checks
  • Cleaning and presenting passenger and commercial vehicles
  • Moving vehicles within the location and offsite for refuelling, maintenance, repairs, or other purposes
  • Reporting and managing workplace health and safety risks and incidents promptly

  • Consistent punctuality and good attendance record
  • Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as needed
  • Own reliable transport to and from the branch
  • Willingness to travel and work across multiple locations
  • A current, relevant State driver's license
  • Experience is preferred but not essential

Role Details

Pay Rate: AUD 26.55 – 39.83 per hour
