Customer Experience Representative Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity to build strong connections with customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer experience throughout their journey. The role offers a chance to form new relationships, strengthen existing ones, and educate customers on a range of policies, helping them make informed decisions on protection and prevention.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handling a high volume of inbound calls to help customers with their insurance needs.
  • Using effective communication skills to build rapport and provide engaging customer experiences.
  • Offering General insurance products, including Motor, Home, and CTP insurance, as well as Roadside Assistance.
  • Being flexible with hours to ensure availability when customers need it.
Requirements
  • Must be based in Brisbane Area.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen, empathize, and engage in friendly conversation.
  • Strong computer literacy and multi-tasking abilities.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to push yourself to new heights.
  • Openness to learning new skills, implementing them, and celebrating successes.
  • Resilience and the ability to perform at best.
