
Customer Experience Representative

A key role in supporting sales and ensuring customer satisfaction is now available. This position involves working closely with the sales team to oversee order management, share product information, and monitor deliveries and backorders.
Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer enquiries and liaising with sales staff on pricing, products, and solutions
- Entering and managing sales orders, delivery schedules, and backorder reporting
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth order processing
- Supporting the sales team with customer service and maintaining CRM data including quotes, opportunities, and project updates
- Assisting the Business Development Managers by producing tailored marketing collateral for presentations
- Contributing to the efficacy and advancement of our Quality Management System/Environmental Management System (QMS/EMS) by upholding and promoting our quality and environmental policies in all job functions.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- Strong communication, organisation, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities
- Proven customer service experience with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Quick learning skills with the ability to develop product knowledge and support quoting and order management
- Skilled in using CRM systems and handling phone-based interactions
- Experience in the electrical or construction industry is desirable
