We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate individual to join our team as a Support Worker. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care in a Specialist Disability Accommodation environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • We are looking for someone who can provide personal care, including assistance with mobility, mealtime assistance, showering and peri-wash.
  • The successful candidate will administer and support health care routines as directed by the care plan and allied health professionals recommendations.
  • Implement manual handling and safe work practices in all support activities.
  • Facilitate safe participation in community activities and appointments.
  • Accurately complete shift documentation and incident reports as required.
Essential Requirements:
  • Certificate IV in Individual Support (Disability) or equivalent qualification/experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in high physical support, including manual handling and the use of assistive equipment such as hoists.
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification.
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check.
  • Current Manual Handling training (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement).
