Human Resources Professional for Public Sector

This role is an exciting opportunity to join a transformative rail infrastructure program in Brisbane CBD. As a Human Resources Professional, you will be responsible for liaising effectively with key stakeholders across multiple teams to understand current and future resourcing needs.

Key responsibilities include developing new role descriptions, updating existing ones, and ensuring all documentation accurately reflects evolving requirements and complies with relevant frameworks.

You will also be responsible for utilising your experience in public sector recruitment and selection processes to attract, assess, and onboard top talent for critical project roles.

  • Prepare high-quality HR-related correspondence

The ideal candidate will have recent experience working within Queensland Government or similar public sector environments and proven ability to operate independently as an HR advisor while remaining connected to team objectives through effective communication and collaboration.
