About Us

The Senior People and Culture Advisor will be a key advisor and partner to leaders across the business, applying human resource expertise to influence positive workplace outcomes, support organisational change, and enhance employee experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive advice across human resource matters, including performance management, development planning, and policy application
  • Lead the review, development, and implementation of human resource policies and procedures
  • Support recruitment and selection, workforce planning, and change initiatives

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience delivering end-to-end human resource services in a dynamic environment
  • Qualifications or 4+ years' experience in human resources, employee relations, or a related field
  • High-level interpersonal skills with the ability to engage, consult, and influence stakeholders
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a flair for clear and concise advice
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a genuine commitment to employee wellbeing
  • Familiarity with human resource legislation, public sector frameworks, and modern workplace practice
