Job Description:

The Star Brisbane is seeking an experienced Luxury Hotel Operations Supervisor to join their team. As a key member of the Front Office department, you will be responsible for supervising daily operations and ensuring a high level of service quality. Your expertise in hotel management, strong communication skills, and ability to work under pressure make you an ideal candidate for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate front office activities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information and financial documentation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives.
  • Train and develop staff members to enhance their skills and performance.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar supervisory position within a luxury hotel setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in computer systems, including hotel property management software.
