
Claims Resolution Specialist

As a Claims Consultant, you play a crucial role in managing property claims from start to finish. You will be responsible for engaging with customers through high-volume phone calls and guiding them through their claims process.

Main Responsibilities:- End-to-end claim management
- Respond to high volumes of calls
- Provide top-notch customer service for major loss claims, such as homes, fires, floods
- Clear communication to resolve complex claims issues
- Claims review and decision-making, adhering to company policy and procedure
- Maintaining composure in high-pressure situations
- Conflict resolution and objection handling with empathy
