Native Title Resolution Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Native Title Resolution Specialist to join our team.

  • Assist with native title claim resolution and work closely with Registered Native Title Body Corporates (RNTBCs).
  • Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives that promote native title resolution and self-determination for Aboriginal communities.
  • Collaborate with other specialists to deliver high-quality services and achieve outstanding results.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in native title claim resolution, dispute resolution, and advising RNTBCs. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work efficiently with high accuracy.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing expert advice on native title matters, including litigation, agreement making, and dispute resolution.
  2. Facilitating meetings and mediating in native title disputes.
  3. Developing and implementing effective solutions to complex native title issues.

You will be working in a dynamic and supportive environment, with opportunities to grow and develop your skills and expertise.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in native title claim resolution and dispute resolution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with high accuracy.
  • Experience with practice management software, including time recording processes.
