We are seeking a skilled Claims Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely resolution of claims.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims in accordance with established procedures and policies, ensuring accurate documentation and prompt settlement outcomes.
- Provide exceptional operational and customer service experience for diverse internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage claims using appropriate specialists to achieve efficient and effective settlement outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- Previous experience in insurance claims is highly advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a supportive approach.
