Customer Service Representative

We are seeking individuals to work in a fast-paced contact centre environment.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for receiving inbound calls from customers and providing excellent customer experiences.

You will work across a 24/7 roster, with varying start and finish times due to the 24/7 nature of our business.

A valid driver's licence and own registered vehicle are essential, as public transport is limited.

Contact Centre experience is welcomed but not essential for successful employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receiving inbound calls from customers
  • Providing excellent customer experiences

Full-time paid initial training and continuing development programs are provided.

Fortnightly pay cycle with base hourly rate + penalties, superannuation and leave accruals based on Contract Call Centre Award MA.

Intensive internal police security checks with ongoing annual renewals are a mandatory requirement of this role.
