Job Overview

Retaining and increasing customer loyalty is a key priority for our organization. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Retention Specialist to deliver on customer promises and adopt a positive, relationship-based approach.

The successful candidate will have previous customer retention and contact centre experience, as well as sales and retention skills. They will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers.

  • Identify root causes of customer cancellation requests and complaints.
  • Deliver solutions that meet customer expectations.
