As a Customer Service Officer, you will provide high-level support to customers over the phone and in person, ensuring that they receive the best possible service. You will be part of a vibrant and multicultural community, working with talented and passionate teams across various business units.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Providing customer service to customers requiring information concerning waste services and Food Organics and Garden Organics.
- Supporting customers over the phone within the call centre and in person at the customer service counter.
**Essential Skills and Qualifications:**
- Relevant qualifications in an appropriate field and/or relevant experience.
- A minimum of twelve (12) months' work experience in a similar role.
- Availability to work flexible working hours.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service.
