As an Education Focussed lecturer, you will be responsible for leading the way in educational excellence across the university's teaching and learning communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging teaching programs that cater to diverse student needs and abilities
- Assess and provide feedback on student performance, identifying areas of strength and weakness
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and develop innovative curricula and assessment strategies
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and developments, integrating relevant research and best practices into your teaching
Requirements:
- PhD in a related discipline or relevant work experience complementing a focus on Education
- Proven track record of teaching effectiveness and passion for educational excellence
- Experience in curriculum design, development, and delivery at undergraduate and/or postgraduate level
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with ability to support and inspire students from diverse backgrounds
