Strategic HR Professional Sought

We are looking for a seasoned HR expert to partner with leaders across our Northern NSW Residential and Retirement Living portfolio.

  • Complex case management and employee relations matters will be led by the successful candidate.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting leaders with change, workforce planning, and capability building initiatives.
  • Driving strategies that embed best practice HR and strengthen culture within the organisation.

A collaborative national HR team and supportive subject matter experts will provide backing to the appointed professional.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Ability to influence and partner with leaders to deliver workforce outcomes.
  • Strength in case management, change initiatives, and coaching leaders.
  • Proven experience in complex, unionised environments.
  • Relevant HR qualifications or equivalent experience.
  • Genuine alignment with our organisational values.

A current driver's licence and willingness to travel within the region are required.
