We are seeking a skilled HR professional to lead the implementation of our new HRIS system.

As an experienced HR Coordinator/HR Advisor, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to map HR process workflows and determine how to best tailor these within the HRIS.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Project lead for the implementation of the HRIS system
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement HR processes
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employment law, industrial relations, training, recruitment, health and safety, employee grievances, counselling and performance management
  • Administer the recruitment process, including attraction strategies, recruiting processes, issuing employment contracts and conducting background checks
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs
  • Process employee terminations
  • Manage performance reviews
  • Maintain data integrity in the HRIS and provide support to employees navigating the platform
  • Audit HR processes and make recommendations for improvement

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience with HRIS implementation highly advantageous
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 3 years' experience as a HR Coordinator/HR Advisor or similar role
  • Deep understanding of HR functions, best practices and general HR policies and procedures
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and modern Awards
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Experience with HRIS or talent management systems
  • Efficient HR administration and people management skills
