Construction Projects Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Supervisor to join our team in Adelaide. This role will be embedded with one of our major clients, delivering efficient capital programs and infrastructure projects safely, on time, and meeting key performance indicators.
The successful candidate will ensure new civil works and treatment plants meet required delivery outcomes and customer service levels by promoting efficiency, innovation, safety, and environmental best practices.
This includes providing technical advice and guidance to the construction and project team on enabling works requirements, civil works, mechanical & electrical works, and commissioning/handover processes.
- Ensuring all quality requirements of the project are carried out by the contractor in accordance with technical specifications and relevant Australian standards and guidelines.
- Ensuring the project complies with necessary internal and external standards, acts, and regulations, guidelines, and design requirements.
- Working with the Senior Project Manager to identify and assess project risks and opportunities and take necessary actions.
- Reviewing project activities against schedule and reporting progress on a weekly basis to the Senior Project Manager.
- Monitoring construction budgets and supporting timely and accurate final expenditure predictions.
