About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary

This is a stable and secure permanent opportunity with a strong pipeline of work.

The Key Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining detailed project schedules and coordinating the activities of various project teams

Tracking and monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and milestones

Assisting with project documentation, including reports, variations, and compliance

Supporting the team in the delivery of high-quality projects on time and within scope

Requirements
  • A solid understanding of construction processes, contract administration, and project management principles
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
  • Experience in construction project coordination or similar role within the construction industry, ideally here in Adelaide
  • Strong communicator with sound coordination and follow-up skills
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Project Management, or similar (preferred)

As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication skills, be highly organised, and have the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also have a proven track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
