The Organisation

With over 20 years of experience within the commercial construction industry, this organisation has established themselves as one of South Australia's most respected builders.

They are known for their quality construction projects and are widely recognised as a family-owned builder that invests in and develops its people.

The organisation prides itself on maintaining single-select repeat business to ensure high-quality deliveries.

The Role

You will take responsibility for the management of all stages of the building process, whilst playing a key role in managing key stakeholders.

  • Manage the full project lifecycle from concept through to completion
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings
  • Coordinate with internal and external consultant teams and stakeholders
  • Maintain efficient and thorough documentation for effective contract administration and other project management support services
Requirements

You will have experience and confidence in managing the delivery of projects from $5M, as well as 2+ years in a Project Manager role.

You will possess strong leadership capabilities and excellent decision-making skills.

Your ability to build rapport and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, clients and stakeholders will see you succeed in this role.
