Overview

This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Supervisor located in St Peter, SA.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate construction activities on a daily basis
  • Manage construction teams and ensure compliance with safety and building regulations
  • Monitor project progress and handle budget and resource allocation
  • Liaise with clients, architects, and engineers
Qualifications
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Experience with construction methodologies and procedures
  • Knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints
  • Proficiency in construction project management software and tools
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
