Resident Experience Manager

We are seeking a Resident Experience Manager to oversee the delivery of exceptional customer service to our residents and their families.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day queries, handling enquiries, conducting tours, facilitating sales processes, and coordinating admissions and resident orientation activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate welcome processes, manage enquiries, conduct tours, facilitate sales processes, coordinate admissions and resident orientation activities.
  • Represent the face of the Club Services, handle daily resident and family queries.
  • Manage service levels and delivery of Club Services Commitments.
  • Administer and manage budgets, build productive working relationships across the organisation.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with ability to work independently.
  • Good organisational skills and flair for promotion.
  • Ability to manage enquiries and resident sales, and be involved in admissions and welcome processes.
