Job Title

A highly motivated and experienced Quality Coach is required to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring customer interactions, providing coaching and guidance to the customer service team, developing training materials and modules, and ensuring all communication aligns with our Brand Promise.

  • Liaise with leaders to provide coaching and guidance to the customer service team
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance customer service skills
  • Prepare and present regular reports on quality evaluation results

Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • At least 2 years' experience in a contact center background
  • Strong understanding of leadership and coaching principles
  • Experience in quality assessment and evaluation, preferably in insurance, banking or finance setting
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to handle difficult conversations
  • Great attention to detail and ability to quickly identify patterns
